The Shop

Our shop front is located at The Fullers Co-op in Glen Iris. We also offer Australia wide online ordering of our shelf stable foods.

Click and collect orders are only available for local residents in Bunbury WA. Collection times are Thursday to Saturday 10-2 from our shop in The Fullers Co-op (9 Dodson Road, Glen Iris).

Yes. Every product is gluten-free. You should take your own health needs and personal circumstances into consideration before choosing and consuming any of food product. Please see the ingredient list and allergen information listed on each product. We encourage you to seek advice from your health professionals when making decisions about what foods are best for you. Feel free to email us if you have questions.

Orders

Firstly, we are so sorry if this has happened. Secondly, don’t panic. Simple send us an email and let us know what has happened (be sure to include your order number) and we will get this sorted out for you.

As we are a food business, we are not able to offer refunds on any orders, except where products are damaged or missing. If you have any questions about your order or products, please let us know by email and we will work with you to try to find a solution. You can find our full refunds policy here.

If your order has not been shipped, we can update your details. Simply send us and email with your order number and the details that need to be changed. Please make sure you put order details update in the reference for the email.

If your order has been sent, we will not be able to make any changes from our end. You can use your tracking details to contact Australia Post and ask to redirect the parcel.

Unfortunately, we do not offer any refunds or returns based on change of mind or because you don’t like it. We recommend reading the product listing carefully before ordering.

Shipping

We use Australia Post for shipping, so all our shipping rates are based on the weight and size of the order. Shipping starts at $10. Express shipping is also available.

We ship orders daily from Monday to Friday and have a 24-hour processing time on all online orders (except those placed on Friday and Saturday as these will be processed next business day.
We will not be processing orders on Public Holidays.

We ship everywhere Australia Post delivers in Australia. This includes PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers and RMB for rural and remote locations.

Yes. Express post is available on all orders as an option at checkout.
